VIDEO: Debut Singe from Lone Wolf-Keep Your Eyes on the Prize

Pretty much anyone can make a video these days.

Actually, pretty much anyone can make some form of music these days and get it out there.

So naturally, I tend to feel overwhelmed by the mountains and mountains of content on the interwebs, especially from newcomers. Lone Wolf (Paul Marshal until now) has gone and done the near-impossible task of putting out a great video with a great sound for his debut single "Keep Your Eyes on the Road" on Bella Union Records.

What you need to know off the bat is that "Keep Your Eyes on the Road" is both a tribute and recreation of the famous video for Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer". Bella Union Records has confirmed that both Gabriel and the animation studio (Aardman) have stamped their approval and enjoyment on this one, so it's totally legal (take that music business lawsuits).

Lone Wolf shows some real promise here as a songwriter and the single has some really great moments displayed rather literally in the video (as is the style in Gabriel's video). I'm a personal fan on the scene that begins with the nails, but watch it to check it out. The video for "Sledgehammer" is available below for comparison.
