Hey Guess What? Radiohead’s New Album Is Available to Download Right NOW
By
Quinn S.
Yeah, you read that right. Now, I only wish I had woken up just an hour earlier today. Anyways, it’s true that if you pre-ordered Radiohead’s new album, The King of Limbs, you can now download it – and I’m assuming if you order it now you’ll still be able to gain access to the download.
For those keeping track, the excitement for this record has doubled if only because this highly-anticipated release wasn’t supposed to be available until tomorrow. So, if you’re like most people interested in Radiohead and don’t feel like waiting, head on over to www.thekingoflimbs.com (or follow the link in your confirmation e-mail) and check it out.
Planning on reviewing it for next week. I know you are now probably more excited for my review than the actual album.*

SURPRISE! Radiohead Releasing New Album This Saturday
By
Quinn S.
Last year there seemed to be quite a bit of back and forth on the state of completion of Radiohead's eighth studio album and follow-up to the game-changing In Rainbows. Well, guess what, friends? That new Radiohead album is out this Saturday, February 19 (no really). Titled The King of Limbs, the band is billing this as the first "newspaper album," which you can learn more about below.
As they did with In Rainbows, the band is once again self-releasing the new album, but this time around is charging a fixed price. The album won't be out physically until May 9, but you will be able to obtain it digitally on Saturday (pre-orders are being taken right now). The "Newspaper Album" + MP3 bundle is $48, the "Newspaper Album" + WAV bundle is $53, but you can just grab a MP3 or WAV copy digitally for $9 and $14, respectively. Those first two options might sound a bit pricey, but they include a ton of extra including two clear 10" vinyl records.
Learn more about the "newspaper album" and the digital edition of The King of Limbs after the hop.
