LISTEN: Acrylics - "Sparrow Song" Feat. Chairlift's Caroline Polachek

MP3: Acrylics (feat. Caroline Polachek) - "Sparrow Song"

Blissful, '80s synthpop that's just as heavenly as it is saccharine. With reverb-drenched synthesizers and ethereal yet confident vocals, this song sounds like it might just be the auditory equivalent of the Aurora Borealis. It's airy, but filled with enough well-layered textures and honest emotion to keep it from drifting off into the ether.

"Sparrow Song" is the second single off of Acrylics' debut LP, Lives and Treasure, out today on Friendly Fire Recordings.
