Portland dream pop/indie pop outfit Radiation City are set to release their debut full-length, The Hands That Take You. The album was first released earlier this year on the band's own DIY cassette tape label Apes Tapes, but Tender Loving Empire will be releasing it nationally on both CD and vinyl on September 27th. Check out album track "The Color of Industry" below. It's warm, relaxed, but full of life and an undeniable charm.
