L.A.'s full blown rock 'n' roll outfit Night Horse is set to release its sophomore album Perdition Hymns August 3rd through Tee Pee Records. The album was produced by Matt Bayles (Pearl Jam, Mastodon, The Sword).
If the stuff on their MySpace is any indication, Perdition Hymns is going to slay. The quintet has some killer guitar work, a great set of pipes in singer Sam James Velde, and definitely knows what rock 'n' roll is. And although they might be a straight shooting rock band, they know how to jam (e.g. the last few minutes of "Good Bye Gone").
