Just when darkness seems more suffocating than infinite, an ominous beauty appears up above like a beacon of salvation. When it feels like the burden is too much -- as if you can't escape some curse -- you begin to realize that there is hope and light even in the dark. But it is only earned and discovered through a willingness to persevere -- even when it seems impossible. If anything, it's the foreboding air of things that puts it all in perspective and sets us on a path of much needed reflection. Sometimes, it's the things we fear the most that open our eyes and teach us the greatest lessons.
